Hi Susan and I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with our 50ml sprayer. I am very surprised by this because the only ingredients in Colloidal Silver are .999 fine silver and purified steam distilled water. There's nothing in the solution that could cause sinusitis. The vertical sprayer is ideal for wetting the upper nasal tract but to treat sinusitis, you will need to flood the entire nasal cavity, using a Netipot or similar device.I suspect the silver didn't reach the point of infection which caused the symptoms you experienced. I can send you a helpful guide, if you wish, and perhaps refer you to a qualified professional to guide you, as we are not medically trained.
