Very disappointed with customer care!

Not impressed that they leave it until 4 days before due to leave on holiday and post a letter to say it has been cancelled. No phone call which would have given more time to find another break. Then...

We're very sorry that your break was cancelled. This was unfortunately due to low passenger numbers on this Park & Tour trip. On the very rare occasions when this happens we always try to arrange a suitable alternative for our customers. As you were unable to travel on the alternative dates our customer services team will be in touch to offer a goodwill gesture. We hope that we can welcome you on to another break with us in the future.

would have given 5 * if phone opwerator had been more pleasent could not find on website so rang up your phone staff to be told go to bottom of page in a section Idid not know existed -could have...
