We have checked and the hotel did have a lift as you requested however we did not receive a request for a specific room close to the lift. Add is very misleading when it says Nr Chester.

Good This Daresbury Park hotel is advertised Nr Chester 17 miles away bit misleading, its only 19 miles to Liverpool very disappointed.
