very easy to book no hassle on arrival even though there were 10 in our party arriving at different times hotel staff were lovely very friendly food was lovely

The on line booking service is fine the hotels need some improvement to decor, here is a staff shortage so some new staff not knowing where things or the service they can supply.

I'm not sure what you are asking. The booking was easy enough, but until we have had the holiday break I have to reserve judgement on the whole experience.

I found the service good,but was disappointed that one could only get a discount on line IMy I pad was not working so unable to do it all online.
