We let you down, and this is not good enough for our expected levels of service. 

We have recently closed our in house print facility that allowed us to turn around small orders quickly, and we are now reliant on other suppliers. Nevertheless, we could and should have handled this much better - our sincere apologies, and there is a small gift on it's way to you by way of apology.

You have been our customer for many years and you deserved a lot better than this!
