Thank you so much for the feedback. This was a very unfortunate circumstance. I can share that the confirmation Breanna provided was accurate at the time it was requested by Shepherd of the Hills. Your experience is important to us and we would have most definitely stepped in to address it with the venue based on information they had previously supplied had we been given the chance.

Thanks for the feedback. We work with the theaters to provide the best seating at the time of reservation, as well as take into any requests you may have included. Most theaters process reservations within minutes so our customer service would be more than happy to retrieve the seating information.
