Very comfortable to do any reservation or booking flights and hotels!!

called to book a particular hotel and when that was sold out the agent spent time looking for another hotel close to me and with a special!!!!

My experience was ok - pretty much what I have come to expect from an online hotel reservation entity. That is actually a pretty high expectation, so kudos to Travelocity.

Have always booked thru Travelocity for the last 13 years and have never had a problem, have even been upgraded to better rooms a couple of times. Excellent sit to book travel though!!!!

I am disappointed with your "Travelocity Price Guarantee". It should be made clear that it does not include price match from the website CheapTickets.com and that you exclude "consolidator websites"...
