Very easy to use

I couldn't change the return time on my car reservation, and had to cancel and rebook instead. Slight inconvenience.

I have used the site both to book and cancel a reservation and it's very user friendly. I love the phone app as well. I use this site for every trip that I plan.

Easy to navigate, confirm and pay

The hotel was awful and full of cockroaches and money was never given back.

Travelocity was easy to use and found us a good deal on a motel room at the last minute. No problems at all.

Personnel was willing a able to help with as much as possible.

I found the site easy to navigate and was able to book my hotel for about $20 less than a different site for the same hotel!

Quick and easy

Because it was a connecting flight, I was put on standby...ridiculous and stressful as I thought booking with you would mean I get a seat on the flight!
