Excellent service. I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. I immediately cancelled and booked the right hotel. The cancellation and refund went through very quickly.

I felt like I was scammed by Travelocity. They increased the price just as I was about to click on confirm and pay. Also they did not state the price was in $US dollars, I thought it was in Canadian...
