Francis Cruz took the time in providing information, was very professional and excellent custom service

I didn't know I was going to go on a cruise until my brother recommended that I should. He gave me the phone and within three minutes I booked and paid for my ticket. Easy as. 😁👍

I’m receiving email confirmation for cruises I didn’t book. When I contacted you about them the emails didn’t stop. Your organisation is a shamble work out who your clients are

Very good service from Mark, will ask for him in future.

Wait until after we have the cruise before asking for an opinion
