Customer service is terrible. I found out from a local operator who called the likely operator for my tour reservation the next morning who reported they notified you that my tour was not available....

Service is awful. I was allowed to book airport transfers for travel even though they knew the shuttles would not be running until September. I still have a hold on the funds on my credit card....
