Bag was half the size of normal bulk bag and even then was only 2/3 full.

Thank you for your feedback. It is perfectly normal to find that the topsoil does not come right to the top of the bag. We intentionally use bags that stretch and sag. Bags are also ‘double-stacked’ for storage at our production site so the ‘bottom bags’ can become compressed – the height of these ‘bottom bags’ will be significantly reduced and can cause a bag to look underfilled. Excellent service kept me informed on delivery schedule, delivery company was 1st class and a very helpful driver. Topsoil is first class i have been able to use it for all the jobs I had planned
