Soil and turf arrived on time. Good quality turf. Customer service not the best when you get through on the phone, however, products good.

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about the issues surrounding obtaining a delivery delivery time. As our deliveries are made by a third party delivery company between 08:00 - 18:00 on occasions, we sometimes can't obtain delivery times on the day of delivery however, I have passed your comments onto the relevant people to help us to improve our service.
