My 2nd time buying from TD. 1st time was great, but now the quality was bad. The order arrived with soil and it was torn into pieces by just lifting it.
Delivery on time and delivery man was polite .But the quality of top soil is worst it is full of sand particles and not at all suitable for plants.
I contacted customer care for return or refunds but...

Thank you for your feedback, we have been in touch with regarding this as we are looking in to it for you. We do advertise that there is sand in the soil as part of the blend. Being a natural product the appearance will vary.
