We do apologise that your order was delayed, things beyond our control can occur but we will always try and keep our customers up to date. I understand that we rearranged delivery of fresh turf on a day to suit you. My colleague has been in contact with you know and we hope to resolve this matter shortly.

Thank you for your comments. Being a natural product rolls can vary, even within the same delivery. I understand my colleague has been in touch with you are we are working on a resolution for you.
After an initial mix up with the delivery 5 turfs were broken on the delivery pallet, but no problem with a refund. As before, topsoil was good and having laid the turfs they are growing well.

Refund for broken turfs thanks to Sarah in customer services and the remainder are looking good
Ordering was straight forward and delivered as advised, delivery driver was very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your recent delivery. We do recommend that turf is laid on the day it is delivered especially in hot weather and then watered thoroughly.
We will contact you shortly regarding the issues you have raised as we would appreciate you providing us with some more information so that we can investigate and respond fully to your comments.
Very thick grass . Dark green. So healthy. Top soil was smooth and damp witch helps with laying turf. I ran out of grass and went b&q for 6 more rooms and the quality was rubbish. So I'll show you...
