Good quality. Only downside was that a few rolls were completely squished and dry so just trying to save them as I go.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry some of the rolls were not as expected. The key with new lawns is lots of water making sure it is getting through to the roots without it being waterlogged. If you would like to send us some photos we will try and advise further.
Really good service delivery guys were grate but there was a few kfc bits in the turf couple of dead rolls of turf but had more to relay as I got 70m2
Would always use again as most of turf was...
Poor. Rude and a noxious staffs and delivery driver. He threw my products on the road for public to walk on. Very humiliated experience

I am sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with delivery on this occasion. Although we use a third party to make our deliveries, we do expect them to represent us with regards to our high standards. I can’t see a record of this being reported at the time of delivery so please contact us with more details to allow us to investigate for you.

Got charged twice for one bag when phoned to request my refund got told 4 days in a row that someone would ring me back today and they gave me 4 different names of the staff that would be ringing me...

I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to you. We do try and get back to customers as soon as possible however during busy times this can take longer. Payment was taken for the orders placed on the same day and have since been refunded as requested, and as discussed with my colleague.

Did not deliver, no calls. Asked for a refund took -0 days and was £30 short? Currently going back to them for full refund.

Service was fine but 25 out of 115 rolls of turf were dead, have been watering every night to try and get them green, not happy
