Thank you for your feedback. We do try and make our delivery times and methods as clear as possible at point of order to allow our customers to best plan. We are always looking at how we can improve our service so will take your comments on board.
Turf should be first delivery, as it is said to lauy it immediately. I had very late delivery and my gardener was waiting from 8am till 4pm for delivery to arrive. Bad customer service

Thank you for your feedback. We do try to make it as clear as possible that our deliveries are made between 8am-6pm. We also have our customer services team available who will be able to get an estimated delivery time from the haulier for you on the day of the delivery in order to help you plan.
