Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us, and I'm very sorry to hear your experience fell short of what we aim to provide here at TonerGiant. I can see on our system this order has now been refunded, as DPD returned this to us. They advised the delivery was attempted twice at the correct location, and nobody was present to accept, then a 3rd time at a different address close by, that was loosely tied to your name.
