Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent order with us, and sorry to hear your experience was under the standards we aim to provide here at TonerGiant. Unfortunately, our security measures are in place to prevent any fraudulent transactions taking place. The checks are made after the payment is made by yourselves, so this is why there was no issue with the actual amount debiting. Our security checks highlighted an address mismatch, which did not cover us to send the order without further information. This was requested from the email you gave us when you placed the order, which we have still not to date had a response from. It was only after you emailed in to us chasing the order that we used the alternate email address to re-request the information. Our purchasing manager has admitted that an email was sent upgrading this to a free next day AM service but this should have read Next Working day service, which would have meant delivery today, so I am sorry for any inconvenience that this error has incurred.
