Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am pleased to hear that you found it easy to book the skip and found our prices competitive. I will make sure that the driver is made aware of your kind words regarding the delivery. I've had a quick look into the collection and it doesn't look like we charged you additionally for the upgrade in waste stream. However just for future reference, when booking the skip online, if you are disposing of a mixture of different waste streams then you need to select "Mixed Waste" instead of attempting to select multiple answers as you say. We look forward to working with you again in future. Kind Regards, Abbie
