I wanted to hold on to the skip for few more days but it was removed without informing me. In fact same morning i wanted to throw some more soil! Is this good service?

Thank-you for your valued feedback. Our records show that the collection of your skip was booked on at the time of your order, exactly two weeks from the delivery date. I apologise if this has caused any inconvenience. To help prevent this type of situation occurring, we are now capable of sending automated email notifications for deliveries and collections, acting as a reminder for what has been booked. I will gladly discuss any remaining waste disposal requirements with you if required. Best regards, Luke - lhaskell@tj-transport.co.uk
