Good Morning, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased to hear that we were able to deliver your skip as requested, we strive for exceptional service. With regards to your collection, we are currently advising customers that our collections can take up to 5 days due to how busy we are. Our texts are automated once our Transport Operators and routed the job to a vehicle, if you received a number of these it appears that the routers were trying to get your job on different vehicles to get your skip collected ASAP and fit in with your time restrictions. Good Afternoon Frank, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased to hear that we were able to assist with your delivery. Unfortunately, it appears there was a breakdown in communication ahead of your skip collection. Due to unprecedented demand, we are advising customers that collections may take up to 5 working days - from looking at your original booking it appears that we were within this timeframe as we collected on 22nd instead of your requested 19th. With regards to the text messages, these are automated to say when the dates or job details have changed. There won't be anything more than dates on these texts due to the system generating them and this is why no reasoning was given on the text messages.
