Will be the last time when i'm insure some gadgets with tinhat. I have direct debit on 23 for every month , i cancelled the policy before this 21 and they "alredy request payment from bank". What is...

Awful
Worst company ever !!!!
Had my phone stolen let them know after 3 weeks of having insurance turns round and said sorry we can’t cover you !!! So what the hell you insuring me for !!!!!
