They dont tell you that or specify that some second hand phones can void insurance based on where fe its from and will use it when you try to claim

DO NOT USE!

I ensured two items with Tinhat, staff are unhelpful when claim needs to be made and is an absolute nightmare if a process. They require a usage statement which I have never had to give before while...
