Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m very sorry that your lights took longer to arrive than the original delivery timeframe we provided. There was unfortunately a delay with your order, and we absolutely should have contacted you proactively to let you know rather than leaving you to contact us for an update. I apologise that we did not do this. When you contacted our customer services team, we did respond by email and apologised for the delay. However, I completely appreciate that we should have communicated with you sooner and kept you informed before you needed to chase us. Please accept our apologies for the delay and for falling short of the level of service we aim to provide. Kind regards, Mark Tiffany Lighting Direct

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received, particularly following the disappointment of receiving a damaged item. Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was delivered well within the delivery timeframe provided when the order was placed. We also sent our usual order and dispatch communications, with DPD providing tracking information for the delivery. I have also reviewed the email correspondence with our customer services team after you reported the damaged item and requested a return. We apologised for the item arriving damaged and provided details of how to return it to us. While I’m sorry that you felt the response was unsympathetic or rude, having reviewed the correspondence, I cannot see anything that was intended to be rude or dismissive. I can confirm that the item was subsequently returned to us and a full refund has been issued. We are sorry that your overall experience left you disappointed and that the damaged item resulted in the inconvenience of having to arrange a return. Kind regards, Mark Tiffany Lighting Direct
