Did not need to use it but was informed along the way

HAD NO TROUBLE DOING IT IN LINE

Fortunately we didn't need to claim anything as we had no travel issues. All information emailed before we travelled was reassuring to have when we left home

All pre travel contact has been prompt and professional

Good cover at good price.

Unknown. Yet to commence my travel. Thought the premium was a reasonable price for a 74 year old.
