We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We provide as much information as possible which usually includes readily available information from the manufacturer/supplier, videos if available, information based on user knowledge from some of our experienced engineers and information based on previous inquires. All the detailed product information is available for download. Unfortunately sometimes we unable to call back straightaway for various reasons including having to wait for the manufacturers/suppliers to provide more information if it is a specific inquiry.
