We apologise for the unacceptable services and communication you received, unfortunately sometimes on rear occasions we are unable to return calls back straightaway for various reasons. We always welcome customer reviews to help us improve our services and we are currently looking into the situation to make sure this type of services doesn’t happen again. The website I found very frustrating to use. The instructions to open an account should be on the first page in large print not on the second page in the smallest font possible. Same applies to login.
