Thank you for your feedback and after a follow up with the customer, we believe may have been a misunderstanding which is now cleared with the customer. The delivery information is not always readily available particularly with the standard delivery services because different carriers have different tracking policies depending on the nature of the goods, however, the carriers do provide information if there were any changes or delays and may provide estimated delivery times if requested. Information regarding delivery time is generally readily available for guaranteed next day services i.e. before 10am and 12pm. Robert Web Manager.
