Thank you for your feedback 💗 Firstly we are so happy to hear that your daughter was happy with The Strings Club and enjoyed her week very much. Secondly, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the lack of information on timings. The various hours we offer are outlined clearly on our website Events pages and also on your "Essential Info" email that you receive one week before. Our gates and doors are closed to keep children safe. We have a Holiday Camp venue number on the door/gate always. This number is also found in your "Essential Info" for parents to call if they want to see how their child is doing throughout the week. The name of the instruments that we are learning are clearly outlined in our individual events pages. That week children had a go on both instruments - as our teacher teaches both. Thank you again for your feedback and we are pleased to hear your daughter was happy with us at our Brockley Holiday Camp.

Thank you for your feedback 💗 Firstly, we are really happy to hear that your daughter was happy with us. Hearing that children feel happy at our Ofsted-registered Holiday Camps is always amazing news! Secondly, we are sorry to hear that as a parent you did not feel it was as good as your last visit to us. We have moved venue for this Summer only and chose the venue because it is next door to our usual host school. The venue is spacious, modern, safe and clean.. We have ample space at the venue and our ratio is 1:8/1:10 maximum - to ensure all children are nurtured and feel happy. In regards to children, we had the usual amount of children and again ensured our ratios were adhered to. Unfortunately the school will not allow us to welcome parents in due to their covid policy which we respect. We are sorry you don't feel happy with the videos that you received at 6pm. We will pass this feedback onto our teams this week. Let us assure you that we are very passionate about what we do at The Strings Club and that's providing amazing experienced for children that inspire them through music. We do hope to see you again for sure.
