Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our Dulwich Holiday Camp💗 We are rather disappointed that we did not learn about your frustrations within the week so we could have assured you and actioned any concerns that you have. Firstly, as per our weekly timetable - children do not play instruments throughout the whole day. We feel this was deem unfair. We like to offer a varied mix of activities and of course a real balance of adult led and child initiated activities. Our seven activity stations are a real hit with the children of all ages. In regards to your comment on emphasis on music and instruments being "minimal" - we completely disagree. Last week, children received 2 45 mins instrumental lessons and during each afternoon, took part in our music-based workshops. A full weekly timetable can be found on our website and also was emailed to you in your "Essential Info" email one week before. We have spoken to the teachers Henry and Kat regarding your concerns and both have confirmed that all children learnt a variety of songs including "Big Blue Bear", "Spooky" and "Hear that Train a Coming" and tackled various guitar exercises each day. We are sorry that you felt the Grand Concert was chaotic. We have not heard this from any other parent however will speak to our teams for sure. We only hire the best teachers so we can see that both Henry and Kat have hands on and years of experience teaching groups of children. Kat holds a masters degree in music - distinction level. Both are highly passionate about teaching and working for The Strings Club. Thank you again for you feedback.
