Thank you for your feedback which I have passed on to the management company. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We were not made aware of any concerns during your stay, otherwise we would have arranged for assistance straightaway, particularly regarding the ants, as this is something we could have dealt with promptly. We would ask that next time you stay in one of our villas, that you report any issues directly to us or our local representative Dawn who works in the Algarve.
