I have used service several times but on 2nd Dec I was disapointed as glasses did not arrive when they said they would approx 14 days late and one was broken on opening

I have just seen this comment which is very disappointing to hear. I will look into why this happened and find out if you received a replacement. We do pack them better now!

Thanks for getting back to me I was sent a letter by some one and a voucher i could use But as the glasses where a christmas presant for someone else i did not think this resolved the problem and will not be in a hurry to use or recomend your services in the future E Cotton
