Thank you for your feedback. On reflection you are probably right! We debated long and hard about selling these - yes they are cheap and at first we decided not to sell them. We then had a lot of requests for them as our customers had seen other retailers selling them. They are a bit of "Christmas Day fun" and we have sold an enormous amount of them - but if they break that is no good at all and we are now going to stop selling them. To be honest this is quite a variable product - and it seems that the final outcome depends on the quality of the original photo taken by the company we get them from - most are crystal clear, but some, like yours unfortunately are less clear. I will now talk again to the supplier and see if they can improve the photos. If you would like a refund please let me know. Thanks Mark Mark Ashley Miller - Owner
