The products are brilliant but delivery couriers used are dreadful. Parcel arrived after courier cancelled deluvery 4 times and box was damaged

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are now experiencing the most busiest time of the year and the courier companies are finding the extra work load hard to keep up with, hence delays. Things should return to the usual service once this period had passed.
