Unfortunately we were notified that the item was discontinued shortly before the item was due to be delivered. To compensate for this error we offered to buy an alternative gift at our expense that we knew could arrive on time for Xmas plus refund the client. We are a service provider and sometimes suppliers can let us down. But when this happens which is rarely we do whatever it takes to make the situation better. I can assure you we work during holidays and worked through to solve this issue the entire time. The title in this review is not true at all. As the CEO of the company I personally oversaw this. The supplier's MD was on leave so it took slightly longer as we got to the bottom of the issue but we did in a matter of hours. I do not know many retailers that offer free gifts when an item is late or not available. We go through great lengths to help our clients and value their business tremendously and do whatever it takes to try and rectify any issues. This is a service we pride ourselves on.

Again just to reinstate we did apologies and offered to send a free gift of the same value that would arrive in time for Xmas. We were misinformed about the item from our supplier but did our best to find a solution.
