I accidentally ordered two of the same item, I emailed house of peach instantly to ask for a refund which I then received a few hours later, the correct order arrived a few days later- no hassle!
I received my items within 2 working days. Didn't provide tracking at first but they're quick to respond with a tracking code if you email customer service. They were very helpful.
