Many thanks for your fantastic feedback.  We really do try our hardest to deliver the best service possible.  With regards to the courier there is only one courier in the whole of the UK that we can use to deliver over sized items, which curtain poles and blinds are classified as.  We can advise what day your goods will be delivered but unfortunately are unable to offer a timed delivery slot as the courier doesn't offer this service at the moment.  Your comments on the courier are absolutely valid and will be useful to other customers.  Would it be at all possible to base your rating on the service that The Home Of Interiors provided as opposed to the courier we are using.  Thank-you so much.
