Hi Jean, we're really sorry you had this experience. There was a computer glitch when your order was submitted so it didn't come through to our systems. We received your email about the order after the bank holiday and processed and sent it through straight away so it should be with you very soon. We cannot recall the order now it is out for delivery but if you no longer require the item, you can return it as per our returns policy for a full refund.
