The English Soap Company 評論

Good morning Mr. Bryans, thank you for providing us with your thoughts on the service provided to you. It is upsetting to hear that you feel that the service did not match your expectation. As per our email exchange, your order was subject to an administrative error and we have subsequently organised for a replacement product to be sent to you 1st class. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and as we are a small business, it sometimes takes longer than expected to understand what processes failed during the despatching of particular orders. We did reply to your initial email on Friday 10th September and mentioned that we would update you with a solution as soon as we had further information, which we can confirm has been actioned today. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide us with important feedback on our customer interaction and processes, as it helps to improve our services to a high level for future customers. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience that this situation has caused. We would hope you enjoy your product!
