Listen to your customers concerns.

Respond to emails about a delivery that smelt off, not just ignore it, then send me emails about other products and request feedback. Very disappointing.

Ok but wouldn't buy again.

The lip balm is good. The hand cream bars are nice to use and I love the tin. However, they all smell the same - predominantly of cocoa butter. It's a real shame that they don't have different scents...
