Antiageing skin cream is oily & smells like an ashtray.

Previous purchases have been top quality, but the anti-ageing skincream is greasy and smelled exactly like an empty ashtray. Could it have been a bad batch? I would like a refund/ replacement if...

I dont think there is a better cleanser of moisturiser that is better out there. I saw immediate results after using the products for a few days.
