Product lovely- disappointing customer service

Ordered in their Black Friday Sale. Good offer - 30% off plus free P&P, great I thought. As soon as I pressed to proceed, a pop up suggested I get a further 5% off by subscribing to their newsletter....

Well packaged with a quick delivery, the gift boxes are gifts and they look lovely, I love the aluminium boxes, they make my presents look and feel expensive.
