I have placed an order on the 13th of November and today, on the 9th of December I still haven’t got it. No or poor information on the order status.

Excellent product, arived as advertised, packaging adequate, recommended.

The delivery was dreadful. 2 weeks to deliver and no updates. This is not the first time I’ve had very slow delivery. However the products are great.

First time customer, looking forward to using your product....arrived very quickly and shipping was very reasonable,,,

Lovely product and delivered when I was told. Bought for presents but might keep one for myself. How naughty is that ? 🤣

12/8/22 as of today none of these items have yet to be shipped. Cancelled 2 last week as they as said they were out of stock. Expecting my order to them promptly ship……. Not a thing… no shipment,...

Tracked Royal Mail means a package cannot be left in a safe place ... As a disabled person, I am unable to retrieve it from the sorting office... Postman didn't add a reference number on the red...

Ordered on the 24th Nov and still not arrived to correct address. Very disappointed as love your products.

Products arrived here in the USA within two weeks and all products exceeded my expectations! Wish I lived in Scotland! Thank you.
