Two weeks and still no product. Poor communication.

Shocking Service. Keen to support local businesses but this is really poor. Appreciate the time of year and postal strike but really not acceptable. Unlikely to use again.

Upon reflection I am prepared now to review the product(s) on their own merit, whilst the delay was frustrating it has no bearing on the actual product. I am particularly fond of the aftershave balm which is smooth, smells good and applies really well. A little goes a very long way. The face serum is similarly very good although I’ve not used it much the first impressions are positive Sort the communication and delivery issues out and we could have a winner here.
