This the first time I’ve used this product and I love it. The soap smell really good and the hand cream is really good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Please don't take the 3 stars as criticism of the product. Because of the Royal mail I have yet to receive it.

Thank you for your message - we have been looking into this for you with your order number. This was despatched from our fulfilment centre when your order was placed however there have been numerous problems with Royal Mail where there has been a severe backlog of parcels due to ongoing strike action and the most recent cyber attack. We can see that this is currently in transit using your tracking number.
Please accept our apologies for the continued delay. We are really disappointed that negative reviews are from the current postal service and are certainly not a reflection of our company or the products that you have ordered.

Service was good. Of course, ordering from across the pond added time onto the delivery, nothing we can do about that! But products arrived in good shape and packaged safely.
