my watch had not turned up on time ,Not BWC fault,they chased the post office up to find out what was happening and kept me well informed,also very happy with my purchase

I feel the packaging was poor quality and the battery on the watch was dead which meant the watch could not be worn for Christmas day as it was given as a gift.
