I have looked into the tracking for you, and I can see you were non responsive to the calling card left by the courier, and a safe location wasn't advised at the check out screen when placing your order. I am very sorry to hear the traps haven't worked the way you expected. We would advise you handle the trap with gloves, as to not leave your human scent on the cage, and to bait it with a sweet sticky substance such as peanut butter and plenty of, if you run out of our STV163 rodent attractant. As rodents are neophobic creatures, it could take up to a week for them to approach the trap to take the bait. We would advise the traps are positioned on a hard and flat surface, against a wall, in a position where the rodents have access to both sides of the trap. I hope this helps, and that that next time you use these traps is more successful.
