Not looking after existing customers

I got a new quote for my house insurance as the renewal quote included a rediculous increase in cost. You didn't realise that I'd reinsured with you and kept pestering me with messages to say that...

Hi Stephen, thanks for taking the time to write a review. As a broker, we try hard to get the best prices for our customers. Insurance premiums can go up and down on a daily basis and are the best price when the renewal was generated. The reminders are in place to avoid potential issues of you having no Home Insurance and would not have been sent had we been informed of your intent to cancel the policy.
