Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your story and feel that we have let one of our trainees down. As you have identified, the use of a trainee licence is not always suitable and needs to be managed within the qualification window provided by the DVSA. It is a real shame that you were not able to complete the qualification because of this window. Your feedback will be considered in reviewing our processing going forward. We wish you all the best.
